First Lady Meets ASEAN Leaders’ Spouses in Jakarta

JAKARTA: First Lady Pich Chanmony accompanied her husband to this year’s ASEAN Summit for their debut on the international stage. Today, she attended the annual event held for spouses of the senior leaders of ASEAN countries and ASEAN partners.

The first lady attended the program with the wives of 11 senior ASEAN leaders including Singaporean First Lady Ho Ching and Indonesian First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo.

Held at the Taman Mini “Indonesia Indah” Park in Jakarta, the event featured performances and demonstrations of multicultural arts, as well as an exhibition of local products of Indonesia.
